Trick Ghastly is not sold on Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Target.com, or in any other physical retailer like Home Depot, Lowes, or Menards.
If you believe you have found a website or product using Trick Ghastly's name or videos of Trick and the boo crew, please report it here along with a link to the website.
We do have a bounty program that incentvizes fans with a free pack when they are the first to report fraudulent websites and products.
Trick Ghastly's Packs are downloadble files that contain all the animations specified in each pack. Since the packs are digital downloads, no physical products are shipped and you can download the files as soon as your order is confirmed. See more about downloading your packs here.

No, at the moment we only have the capacity to provide Trick Ghastly's song performances in three performance bundles.
Every Trick Ghastly inflatable comes with any Singing Trick Pack of your choice! You must have a Singing Trick Pack to bring Trick to life, which is why it is part of every inflatable purchase.
The 7' Big Trick also comes with the Jokes, Stares, Laughs, and Jump Scares Pack featuring orignal sound bites, jokes, scarry sounds, and more.
Trick Ghastly also comes with a Bag-A-Trick(s) drawstring storage bag, sticker, magnet, setup instructions, and an invitiation to join the nationwide Find-a-Trick Map!

Exchange Policy for Packs
Any animation pack that you have not downloaded can be exchanged for another pack within 30 days of your original purchase date. Because the packs are digital downloads, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on packs you have already downloaded after purchase.
Exchange Policy for Inflatables
Any unopened and unused inflatable purchase can be exchanged for a different size within 30 days of the original purchase date. We cannot exchange any product for out of stock items.
Because we are a seasonal business, we have a strict no-return policy for all of our Halloween products after October 21st of the purchase year. Any Halloween product return request made after October 21st of the purchase year will be declined. This is to protect our business from bad actors and "renters" of our products. However, if your product is defective we are happy to send you a replacement or replacement parts to resolve the issue.
Sorry for causing any concern! There are a few reasons you may not see your refund appear on your statement:
- If you paid using an installment plan, it's possible the funds may have cancelled out any remaining balance you have with your installment plan.
- Sometimes refunds will appear at the date of the original purchase, rather than the date of refund. It may even cause the original charge to disappear completely, rather than posting as a separate transaction. We recommend checking your original purchase date on your statement to ensure that this is not the case!
- Once you receive your refund confirmation email, it can sometimes take about 10-15 business days to post to your account, depending on who you bank with. If you're unable to locate the funds after this timeframe, please let us know!
From the time you send back your return, a refund will take 7-10 business days. Some banks will take up to an additional 5 days to apply the refund to your account.
Depending on your payment method, there are a few different ways your refund might appear on your statement.
Trick Ghastly requires a combination of the Trick Ghastly inflatable, a projector, and Trick's performance packs which are pre-programmed animations of Trick Ghastly making funny faces and singing songs.

We do not provide any tutorials or courses on any tools or processes to create your own character animations. Nor do we sell any source files or project files to create your own videos of Trick Ghastly or any other character.
If you would like to explore how to create and animate characters, please refer to YouTube and use phrases like "character animation" to get started.
We do not currently sell the talking videos you see on TikTok or other social media platforms due to licensing and rights issues. Because Trick Ghastly started as a creator, the goal is to keep creating hilarious videos while also providing great products to bring Trick to life in your own yard for Halloween.
There are plans to create and sell original talking skits which will be available in the future.
Unfortunately, no. Trick Ghastly is pre-programmed and crafted to perform only the songs in each pack.
We do not offer any generative or processes for creating any song or video you want.
No, Trick Ghastly is not a device that connects to bluetooth. Nor does Trick play any music from Spotify or Apple Music.
Trick can only perform the songs listed in each of his packs.
Because you provide your own projector to bring Trick to life, you may be able to get a projector with bluetooth for the sake of adding additional speakers.
There are two ways to download your packs from the Trick Ghastly website. On your order confirmation page or in your Download Links email. Both are available immediately after you place an order. Each pack you order will be downloaded individually.
The first is from the order confirmation page which is appears immediately after you have placed your order. You will see a window that says "We're Preparing Your Downloads". Once your downloads are ready, you will see a button to click and download your packs.
The second is your "Downloads Email" which will be sent separate from your order confirmation email as soon as your order is confirmed. Please double check your Spam or Junk folder for an email from Trick Ghastly that contains your download links if it does not appear in your inbox.
You need to download the music for each of your performances. Please refer to the setup guide included in your pack download for further instructions and links to download the songs in your pack.
Due to music licensing you will need to purchase and downlaod the songs from Amazon Music. The links to download each song are included in the setup guide, along with a link to the tuturial for adding your music to your Trick Ghastly performances.
Yes! Once you download your pack, you will find the setup guide and links to download each individual song that matches the animation.
Please be aware that we do not provide music files. You MUST purchase them separately due to music licensing rights. If you have an issue with the mp3 that we recommended please let us know so we can resolve any timing issues.
No, you can add as many performances to your video as you would like. Once your entire video is ready for the projector, you can set it to loop during playback on the projector.
The most common way is to load your video onto a USB drive and play/loop the video directly from the projector.
We recommend using USB drives less than 128GB for use with playback directly on a projector.
Depending on your projector, you may also be able to connect to an external device via HDMI, or stream directly to the projector. Streaming projectors are capable of playing videos directly from laptops without any wired connections.
The best option is to connect an external speaker to your projector. We are working on some tips for doing this on the blog.
Trick Ghastly requires a projector to project the Trick performance animations on the Trick Ghastly inflatable. You may use any projector you like, but be aware that results may vary based on your projector quality and the amount of light in your environment.

We recommend finding a reasonably priced projector on Amazon. You can read our reviews on the blog or find one of our recommended projectors in our Amazon Store.
We do not supply projectors right now, so we are working to recommend a variety of projectors at various price points to suit any budget.
We recommend bringing your projector indoors during inclement weather, regardless of steps you've taken to 'weather proof' the projector.
Your Trick Ghastly inflatable can remain outdoors during inclement weather, but it is highly recommended to deflate your inflatable during high winds.
It is highly recommended to place your projector out in front of your Trick Ghastly inflatable. Placing the projector inside your inflatable could lead to overheating and damange.
Trick Ghastly is not a weather proof enclosure for projectors and should not be treated as a safe housing for electronics.
You can place outdoor speakers inside your Trick Ghastly inflatable so it sounds like the audio is coming from Trick.
We are not responsible for damange to electronics left outside in inclement weather.
The best place to put a projector for your Trick Ghastly setup is directly in front of your Trick inflatalbe approximately 10'-15' from Trick. The distance depends on the size of your Trick Ghastly infltatable and the quality of your projector.
We do not recommend putting a projector inside the Trick Ghastly inflatable as this could lead to overheating and damage to the projector or inflatable.
The distance from your projector to your Trick Ghastly inflatable depends on the size of your inflatable and the quality of your projector. The most common distance is between 10'-15'. Short throw projectors may be able to get closer.
While we do not currently offer any product to help you disguise your projector (working on it!), you can check out some options on YouTube for hiding your projector with a home made headstone or other prop.

Trick Ghastly's mummy, also known as Lester, is Trick's best friend and sidekick known for his hilarious antics and mischevious moments. He is not available as a product yet, but there are plans to bring Lester to life in the future.
