RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

We have a strict refund and return policy to prevent bad actors from "renting" our products and services. Our goal is provide you with the absolute best customer service and product experience. Please review these policies prior to purchasing your inflatables, digital products, or other products offered on our website. 

1. Digital Products Refund Policy: No Refunds Policy

Purchase Terms of Agreement

The purchase of digital products, including video animation packs, PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

Payment + Refund Policy
All transactions for purchase of intangible products, animation videos, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download, and all digital product purchases made on www.trickghastly.com are non-refundable or exchangeable once downloaded. Since the downloadable products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

Trick Ghastly reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Delivery of Goods and Services
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact info@trickghastly.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

2. Physical Products Refund & Exchange Policy

Halloween Inflatables cannot be returned after October 21st.

Holiday Inflatables cannot be returned after December 15th.

All physical good returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

We have a 30-day return policy on all Halloween products purchased before October 1st. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, on all physical goods and products inclusive of clothing and merchandise.

Halloween purchases made after October 1st can be returned up until October 21st.

We have a 30-day return policy on all Christmas products purchased before December 1st. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, on all physical goods and products inclusive of clothing and merchandise.

Christmas purchases made after December 1st can be returned up until December 15th.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need the order confirmation as proof of purchase. Any return received that does not meet these conditions may be subject to additional restocking fees no greater than 20%, or the return may not be accepted nor refund approved. Only items received in new or like new condition will be accepted and refunded.

If your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Eligible orders will receive a full refund, minus the original shipping cost.
